- Is a trial included? Some packages charge for it separately. Never skip it.
- Start time and duration: confirm when the artist arrives and how long the look takes.
- Venue travel charges: getting ready at the venue often adds a fee.
- Family makeup: ask the rate for your mother or sister upfront.
- Cancellation terms: know what happens if dates shift.
04 Booking during Gurugram's wedding season
November to February is peak wedding season here and good artists book out early. Lock your date six to eight weeks ahead, and do the trial only after your outfit and jewellery are final. Bring a fabric swatch and photos of the jewellery to the trial. If any new product will touch your skin, ask for a patch test a day or two before the trial itself.
